Shipping & FAQ

Shipping

Q: Where do you ship?

A: Canada, the U.S., the U.K. and Australia. Local pickup is also available (see below).

Q: How much is shipping?

A: Shipping is calculated at checkout with live Canada Post rates based on your address and order. Orders shipping within Canada get free shipping on orders of $100 or more.

Q: Will I pay duties or import taxes?

A: For orders shipping outside Canada, duties and import taxes are calculated and prepaid at checkout, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Q: When will my order ship?

A: I typically ship orders within 1–3 business days. During sales or high-volume periods, processing may take up to 5–7 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its progress. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Q: How does local pickup work?

A: At checkout, select “Pick up” under delivery methods.

Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email with the pickup address and instructions. Be sure to check your junk folder just in case it lands there.

Orders

Q: Do your prints come framed?

A: All prints are sold unframed.

Q: My order arrived damaged or incorrect - what do I do?

A: Ugh, the worst. Email me at kaitlin@kaitlinhargreaves.com with a few photos, and I’ll make it right.

Q: Can I edit or cancel my order?

A: Send me an email at kaitlin@kaitlinhargreaves.com ASAP with your order details and requested changes.

Once an order has been processed, I may not be able to make changes or cancel it - so the sooner, the better.

Q: Do you offer wholesale?

A: I do! Email kaitlin@kaitlinhargreaves.com and I’ll send over my Stockist Application to see if it’s a good fit.
